Enter off a large patio with rocking chairs to your main living space. The comfortable living room has a pull-out queen sofa and large HDTV for the whole family to enjoy! The dining room seats eight with an additional four seats at the bar. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook to your heart's content with a large kitchen island. This home contains one king bed in the master and queen beds in the other three bedrooms. You won't find a lack of storage space either! Washer and dryer located just off the living room, so feel free to pack light! This pet-friendly home even has a fully enclosed yard for your furry friend to get his exercise in, a BBQ and patio furniture making it ideal to enjoy the sun setting in the intracoastal while reminiscing with friends.

Summary: Everything about this rental was perfect. It was very clean, and surprisingly spacious. The bedrooms were a perfect size and exactly as described. All 4 of our teen aged kids were comfortable in their rooms. The whole house is updated with nice finishes and decor. The fenced in yard was large with a nice patio complete with a grill, which was a great spot to watch the sunset from. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes, and the walk to the river was less than 2 minutes. The house is located in a perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood, with access to multiple beaches and historic St Augustine just minutes away. Check in and out were very easy. We loved everything about this property and hope to stay here again in the future! Would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing family vacation.

Summary: Pros: Clean, great location (0.4 mile walk straight down street and across two lane highway to beach access, 2 mile drive to Publix supermarket and restaurants), 10 minute drive to tourist attractions; beach chairs and boogie board (board broken but usable); quiet neighborhood Cons: Blinds in one bedroom would not close, only bath soap was tiny bar in plastic (think Motel 6), only two kitchen trash bags, no games in house Overall: Excellent place to stay while in St. Augustine! Would recommend to family and friends without reservations.

Summary: We loved everything about this home and stay. The location is incredible! Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and about the same to a park for the kids. The house was incredibly clean. The contacts for the property were quick to respond to information requests and when they learned we had several young children staying offered to provide additional high chairs for them. We are already talking about coming back to the same home next year!
